The Spanish Mustang
June 18, 2010
This great horse was descended from horses that were introduced from Spain during the conquest of the Americas. Like many horses the Spanish Mustang is equipped to work in different fields such as, dressage, jumping, polo, and much, much more! These horses can also be used as stock horses.
The Spanish Mustang comes in a variety of colors such as buckskin, cremello, palomino, and a lot more. This horse is about medium-sized with a muzzle that is quite fine and narrow with crescent shaped, small nostrils. These horses are quite hardy, with strong feet and strong knees.
These horses stand about 13-15 hands and weigh anywhere from 700 to 1000 lbs. These horses live for about 23 years, sometimes longer if well domesticated. These horses have a lot of stamina and can run for a long time without injury.
